Building a new home is one of the biggest investments you’ll make, and furnishing it is often the next. Through our partnerships with trusted local furniture suppliers, we’re able to offer qualifying clients additional value, helping you move into a home that’s beautifully finished and ready to enjoy from day one.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a furniture package:

  • Available for eligible new home building contracts only.
  • The building contract value must meet the minimum spend threshold of $300,000 (incl. GST) for the $10,000 package or $550,000 (incl. GST) for the $25,000 package.
  • Qualifying spend includes building, design, and planning costs invoiced through PolarBuild as part of the signed building contract.
  • Qualifying spend excludes council consent fees, architectural fees, engineering fees and other indirect project costs paid directly to third parties.
  • Variations approved after the building contract has been signed are excluded from the qualifying spend.
  • Eligibility is assessed when the building contract is signed.
